Boiler repair
“The boiler broke down and the tenant had no heating or hot water. I had an insurance policy and the insurance company told me that boiler is beyond repair and I got to replace the boiler. I called up Dave from Neptune Heating and Plumbing and Dave was kind to inspect the boiler. Upon investigation, Dave spotted that Thermistor and the harness to Thermistor needs replacement and not the boiler itself. Even though I had the insurance, I instructed Dave from Neptune Heating to carry out the works, as my tenant was without heating or hot water.”

"Dave quoted us on the initial request. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable of his trade. The job was booked in quickly and was very straight forward. 3 lads were working on the day of Installation including Dave who quoted us. They worked from 8am to 8pm to get the work done in one day so this wouldn't inconvenience us into the weekend. Once the job was done, I had one small issue with a radiator on heat distribution. Dave was kind enough to visit the same day and resolve. Would not hesitate in contacting them again for any works required"
